Spirit of Freedom has been blended and bottled by J. & A. Mitchell & Co. Ltd. to commemorate the 700th anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn (1314-2014).
This 30 year old blend Scotch Whisky has been produced to recapture that Spirit of Freedom so evident when Robert the Bruce's army of Scots defeated Edward II's much larger English force in the shadow of Stirling Castle on 24th June 1314.
Just 2014 bottles have been produced."
