"This is the third of Tsunuki Aging, which highlights the whisky maturation process in Tsunuki. We hope to share expressions unique to Mars's production.
Most of the whiskies we chose for vatting are from the Bourbon barrels - this Tsunuki maturation has a full-bodied and fruity profile with ripe apple and citrus fruits on the nose. A beautiful nuttiness and plenty of sweet whipped cream follow. The dram brings juicy mouthfeels, and is again citrusy on the palate."
