Cancellation & Returns Policy
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number and the details of the order you wish to cancel.
If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled prior to shipment, a refund will be issued less the applicable payment processing fee (currently 3% for credit card payments). These fees are charged by our payment providers and are non-refundable to World Wine & Whisky.
Returns
If you wish to return an order after delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

All returned items must be received by World Wine & Whisky in exactly the same condition as originally supplied.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The bottle(s)
- Original presentation box(es)
- Certificates
- Booklets and documentation
- Protective packaging
- Accessories and inserts
- Any additional items supplied with the product
All products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Undamaged
- Complete
- In fully resalable condition
Any missing items, opened seals, damaged packaging, marks, labels, accessories, documentation or reduction in condition may result in the return being refused or a reduction being applied to the refund amount.
Customers remain responsible for the safe return of goods until they have been received and inspected
by World Wine & Whisky. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued less:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Payment processing fees (including the 3% credit card fee)
- Any other non-recoverable charges incurred by World Wine & Whisky
Shipping costs and payment processing fees represent actual costs incurred and are therefore non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received in complete, undamaged and fully resalable condition.
Import Duties, Taxes & Refused Deliveries
For international shipments, all import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused, returned, abandoned, or if import duties or taxes are not paid by the recipient, any refund will be reduced by all actual costs incurred by World Wine & Whisky, including but not limited to:
- Outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs handling charges
- Import/export charges
- Payment processing fees
These costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Due to the nature of rare and collectible alcoholic products, certain items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or where the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
