The Piper-Heidsieck NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Essentiel was disgorged in February 2022 with a dosage of six grams per liter and includes 30% of reserve wines composed of more than 150 different wines. It reveals a fresh, delicate bouquet with aromas of orchard fruit, lemon, spring flowers and buttered toast. Medium-bodied, it’s a supple Champagne, tense but ethereal, with high acidity and well-integrated dosage: 89 Parker points.
