At its heart are two single cask blended whiskies from the Chichibu Distillery, one of Japan’s most revered modern distilleries. Both expressions were matured for 1 year and 8 months in second-fill bourbon casks, each developing a distinct personality while sharing the unmistakable clarity and balance for which Chichibu is known. One edition is bottled at 61.8% ABV (Delfts Blauw Edition, limited to 239 bottles worldwide), while the other is released at 60.8% ABV (Kintsugi Edition, limited to 259 bottles worldwide), making this set exceptionally scarce.

Founded by Ichiro Akuto, Chichibu has earned an extraordinary reputation in a remarkably short time. Nestled in the mountains north-west of Tokyo, the distillery is celebrated for its hands-on approach, small-scale production and uncompromising attention to detail.
