On Friday, 26 September 2025, we are proud to present an exceptionally rare and exclusive whisky experience, in partnership with the prestigious Hotel De L’Europe Amsterdam and the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Flore.

Set in the refined surroundings of this iconic five-star hotel, you will be welcomed into a world of culinary artistry and rare whisky excellence. The evening will be hosted by The Macallan’s Dutch Brand Ambassador, guiding you through a journey of unique and limited expressions of The Macallan, paired with extraordinary cocktails and a world-class dining experience.

The experience includes:
- A welcome cocktail in the elegant Chapter 1896 bar
- A six-course Michelin-starred dinner at Restaurant Flore
- Four exquisite The Macallan cocktails paired with the menu, alongside two exceptionally rare The Macallan whiskies (we will delight you with two unique releases)

- The unveiling of two new legendary releases:

1. The Macallan 40 Years Old – The Red Collection 2025
Be among the very first to taste this remarkable release, freshly unveiled. A highly rare and collectible expression with an estimated market value of €14.500 (excl. VAT).
2. The Macallan 25 Years Old Fine & Rare 2000 – Cask 27
Part of the iconic Fine & Rare Collection, the largest assembly of vintage-dated single malts in the world. Estimated market value €11.000 (excl. VAT).
