The beer casks (provided by Minami Shinshu Brewery) add a unique flavour to the whisky. The distillery’s description of the taste: Aromas of hops, citrus fruits, herbs, and vanilla mingle of the nose, while the palate offers notes of grapefruit and orange, with a bitter aftertaste."
