Surrounded by the beautiful nature of Yakushima Island, including cedar forests, rivers, the sea, the whisky developed unique flavor profiles. Brown sugar, smoke, banana on the nose. Hints of sea salt, followed by fulfilling juicy orange on the palate, with a lasting, peaty aftertaste."
