The Macallan The Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut marks the sixth and final chapter of The Macallan's celebrated Harmony Collection - and brings the series to a close with one of its most unexpected flavour profiles yet.

Released in 2026 and bottled at 46.3% ABV, this limited-edition Speyside single malt explores a character rarely associated with The Macallan: fresh coconut. Rather than adding coconut to the whisky, The Macallan's Whisky Mastery Team carefully selected casks capable of naturally bringing this distinctive flavour to the forefront.

At the heart of the whisky are specially selected sherry-seasoned American oak casks, naturally rich in oak lactones, complemented by bourbon casks. The result is a wonderfully vibrant and tropical interpretation of The Macallan, while retaining the balance, oak influence and craftsmanship for which the distillery is renowned.

The nose opens with fresh coconut alongside bright citrus, tropical fruits and vanilla, followed by sweet oak and a gentle touch of spice. On the palate, creamy coconut milk meets zesty lime and delicate sweetness before developing into a beautifully fresh and floral finish.

The presentation continues the story. In keeping with the philosophy behind The Harmony Collection, the box incorporates discarded coconut fibres, giving a natural by-product a new purpose and creating a fitting presentation for the collection's final release.

Inspired by Fresh Coconut also brings The Harmony Collection full circle through The Macallan's TimeSpirit experience and its longstanding relationship with the Roca brothers of the world-renowned El Celler de Can Roca.
